All event rentals are booked in-house and can be reserved individually or added to any existing AirBNB or VRBO reservation with prior approval and separate signed contract. Email us for more information.
Cottage 313 offers a great alternative to the standard venue and is the perfect space to host your next baby shower, birthday party, family reunion, book reading, business meeting or company BBQ. The property can accommodate up to 20 guests (max) and our rental rate includes use of our on-site event supplies: picnic tables, tablecloths, serving ware, and centerpiece decor at no additional cost. White 10X10 tents, 6' tables, and folding chairs are available for an additional charge.
Event rental rates is $50 per hour; minimum 4 hours. A $150 non-refundable cleaning fee is charged for all parties. An additional $100 refundable security deposit may be required for large groups.
You are welcome to use your own vendors for catering, event planning, etc. We can offer referrals too.
Event hosts are required to carry their own event liability insurance and must submit a certificate of insurance and sign a rental agreement before each event. Event insurance is offered through most major insurance carriers and usually runs about $100 for small events.
Please Note: We do not allow pets at Cottage 313 for vacation or event rentals, due to future guest allergies and additional wear and tear on the home. We're sorry for the inconvenience.
