All event rentals are booked in-house and can be reserved individually or added to any existing AirBNB reservation; many clients like to combine an event with a short term vacation stay.
Cottage 313 offers a great alternative to the standard venue and is the perfect space to host your next baby shower, birthday party, family reunion, book reading, business meeting or company BBQ. The property can accommodate up to 20 guests (max) and our rental rate includes use of our on-site event supplies: picnic tables, tablecloths, serving ware, and centerpiece decor at no additional cost. White 10X10 tents, 6' tables, and folding chairs are available for an additional charge.
Event rental rates is $50 per hour; minimum 4 hours. A $120 non-refundable cleaning fee is charged for all parties. An additional $100 refundable security deposit may be charged for certain event rentals.
We partner with WOLFE & WINE CATERING for all events, though you are welcome to use your own as well. Check out their menu and services at: www.wolfeandwine.com
Event hosts are required to carry their own liability insurance and must submit a certificate of insurance and sign a rental agreement before each event. Event insurance is offered through most major insurance carriers
Please Note: We do not allow pets at Cottage 313 for vacation or event rentals, due to future guest allergies and wear and tear on the home.
